Frequently Asked Questions

These are some of our  most asked questions! If you have any questions that are not listed I will definitely be able to tell you all you need to know once we connect!

  • Yes! Everything is included and we deliver, setup (including attaching your sign if you aren't renting one of ours), and come and pick up when the event is over! You don't need to worry about a thing. We have you covered!

  • No, we don't! BUT we have partnered with 225 Balloon Babes to offer a discounted rate on your wall rental and your balloon garland if you book with both of us! We will work out the logistics of the setup together and coordinate our times so that you don't have the hassle of going back and forth between vendors! 

  • We do not make customized neon signs, but we do have generic neon signs in our inventory for every occasion that you can rent! If you need a customized sign made I can offer suggestions on where to order!

    As far as size, that is your preference but I suggest nothing smaller than 32" so that it will stand out on our wall!

  • Our floral walls take about 30 minutes to setup once we get everything unloaded and to the location where the wall is being setup. 

    Our shimmer walls take about 45 minutes to setup (those pesky sequins, we have to make sure they are sitting perfect and replace any missing ones!)

    We take pride in our walls and we want EVERY setup to be meticulous. We will never rush an install and I will be sure to discuss with you the amount of time between setup and event start time so I can make sure I have time to make everything flawless for your event!

  • All of our floral walls are 8x8ft.

     

    Our shimmer walls are 8x8ft as well, but can be customized to different sizes!

    Our champagne wall is 7x4ft.

  • Yes we are insured and can most certainly provide you with a COI!
